Alladin and a Bear

Last night we all sat down to watch a new movie Stephen got for Christmas, Alladin. The kids had never seen it, so it definitely had everyone's attention.

Annie and Ellen got to try out James' bear skin. It still needs a little work to be soft and pliable, but it looks pretty neat. The kids all like playing with the claws, however they kind of creep me out.

That's OK, kids. The bearskin would only creep me out if the bear was still wearing it!

That Alladin is one of the best cartoon movies I've ever seen. John & Lynne took us to some nearby burg to see it when it was new. Robin Williams is at his very best there.

Cool Bearskin! Looks warm.
If I remember correctly, Aladdin came out when Jake was on his mission. When Jake was newly home, I quoted the line, "He can be taught!", when Jake caught on to something we were telling him. The look on his face, thinking I was mocking him, was great. Of course, I would NEVER say a thing like that seriously.

Woah. Claws, eh? Think I might be with you on that part, Prima. (hee hee hee) The Alladin movie sounds like a blast though. I bet at least a few of the kiddies were going around the house singing the songs afterwards, right? I'll bring the popcorn to the next viewing, okay? MISS YOU!!!
